Haas Builders Supply Revamps Web Site Haas Builders Supply, Inc is a family owned business whose main purpose is to assist home owners and local builders with great materials and quality service. Bringing the same level of service and professional expertise to their web site was no small undertaking. However, working together with Smart Business LLC, Big Fat Designs was able to get the job done.
Step One: Expand the Content
Haas carries an expansive line of professional grade building materials. From interiors to exteriors, Haas offers everything from flooring and fireplaces to shingles and decking. The challenge in bringing these products to the web is the sheer number of parts and accessories. With thousands of parts to choose from, displaying and maintaining that amount of data on the web site would require a team of developers to maintain the web site on a daily basis. In order to keep the web site to a more manageable size, Haas focused on the broader product categories, displaying key product lines and popular product features.
Step Two: Education
Building or remodeling a home, commercial or agricultural building can be a daunting task.
